We have a range of patterns to give you ideas, as well as other project ideas you can make without a pattern. To inspire you further we'll share ideas with other sewing enthusiasts. Send in pictures of your creations and we'll put them up for all to admire. Tell us how you made something, and win a prize.

Isn't it frustrating when you can't find a zip or fastener to match your garment. We've thought of that. Planet Fleece stocks zips to coordinate with all our fabrics, and a rainbow of long pronged snap fasteners to add a professional finish to any project.

We have other 'must have' notions for the dedicated (or casual) fleece sewer, as well as a range of books by famous names in the sewing world, packed full of new and original ideas to give your project a 'handmade' not 'homemade' look.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart using the 'Add to Basket' button..	After you have finished your selection, click on 'Go to Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.	We accept credit card payment via WorldPay, a division of the Royal Bank of Scotland.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.
We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping and handling to the UK and Europe is charged at £1.70 UK or €2.49 for orders below £5.00 or €7.30.
All other order are charges at £10.00 or €15.00.

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 5 business days .
International orders are generally received in under 7days.

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free.

Payment is via Worldpay's secure server. No credit card details are held by Planet Fleece. Worldpay is a division of Royal Bank of Scotland, Europe's second largest bank.

We describe our products as fully as possible, in order to guarantee your satisfaction. If for any reason your expectations are not met, please email us at customer@planetfleece.co.uk so that we may take appropriate action.

Planet Fleece Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

if you are not satisfied with your products please email returns@planetfleece.co.uk for a returns number. Goods will be accepted for return as long as they are in original and saleable condition. Credit will be issued in full for all items except cut fabrics which will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Fabric that has been cut by the customer cannot be accepted for return unless it is defective.
